Our early influences and identifications often stem from experiences around conception, life within the womb, our births,post-natal experiences ,and the influence of ancestral patterns and family dynamics. Our ability to open to our own full potential, differenciate our place in our family and deal with life`s stresses and traumas are often laid down in these early times. See also for workshop 8-10 of march.

Prenatal & Birth weekend Process Workshop on the 8th, (5pm) till 10th of March
Over 2 and a bit days this workshop runs with no more than 5 participants. Within this small, safe ,supportive group each person can discover how early experiences from around conception to birth, postnatal development, ancestral patterns and family dynamics affect our way to be in relationship with ourselves, those close to us and with the world around us .We do this through bodywork, craniosacral work, psychotherapeutic approches and shock and trauma resolution skills. Often deepseated , non-resolved issues suddenly get clarified, ease and powerful transformation take place by including these early layers. Contact for more information and booking.
